A notice when a material change took effect after the version this account signed up under and the last notice it dismissed; null otherwise, including for an account created under the current version. Updated versions apply by continued use: this informs, and nothing waits on it.

    - `version` string, date, required: The newest version this notice covers. Send it back to dismiss the notice.
    - `changes` object[], required: Newest first.
      - `version` string, date, required: The date this version took effect.
      - `documents` string[], required
      - `summary` string, required: What changed, for a person.
    - `path` string, required: Where the full list of changes is on the website, as a path with a fragment ("/privacy#changes").

## Other responses

- `401`: Error: UNAUTHORIZED.
