# Start connecting Oura

`POST /integrations/oura/authorize`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://bodylab.lol/api/v1`
- URL: `https://bodylab.lol/api/v1/integrations/oura/authorize`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Returns Oura's authorization page to send the athlete to. Oura sends them back to Body Lab's callback with a code for ouraComplete; the link expires after 10 minutes, and starting again replaces it.

  - `returnTo` 'settings' | 'onboarding': The page the callback lands on with the link's outcome: Settings → Integrations, or onboarding's connect step.

## Other responses

- `401`: Error: UNAUTHORIZED.
- `409`: Error: OURA_NOT_CONFIGURED.
