`GET /api/v1/automations/recipes`

## Request

The named starting points an automation can be created from, each a reviewed, working definition.

Recipes are the ONLY way this API creates automations. Free-form definitions are reviewed and built by humans in the dashboard builder.

- `422`: Understood but refused: the request is well-formed, the action is not permitted for this resource
- `429`: Rate limited
- `500`: Internal error
- `502`: An upstream provider refused or failed the request
