Service operation to take a single TAIUTC object as a POST body and ingest into the database. A specific role is required to perform this service operation. Please contact the UDL team for assistance.

## Request body

- TAIUTCIngest: International Atomic Time (TAI) is a statistical atomic time scale based on a large number of clocks operating at standards laboratories around the world that is maintained by the Bureau International des Poids et Mesures; its unit interval is exactly one SI second at sea level. The origin of TAI is such that UT1-TAI is approximately 0 (zero) on January 1, 1958. TAI is not adjusted for leap seconds. Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) is defined by the CCIR Recommendation 460-4 (1986). It differs from TAI by the total number of leap seconds, so that UT1-UTC stays smaller than 0.9s in absolute value. The decision to introduce a leap second in UTC is the responsibility of the International Earth Rotation Service (IERS). According to the CCIR Recommendation, first preference is given to the opportunities at the end of December and June, and second preference to those at the end of March and September. Since the system was introduced in 1972, only dates in June and December have been used. TAI is expressed in terms of UTC by the relation TAI = UTC + dAT, where dAT is the total algebraic sum of leap seconds. The first leap second was introduced on June 30, 1972.   - `classificationMarking` string, required: Classification marking of the data in IC/CAPCO Portion-marked format.
  - `adjustmentDate` string, date-time, required: Effective date/time for the leap second adjustment.
  - `taiUTC` number, double: Total/cumulative offset between TAI and UTC time as of adjustmentDate, in seconds.
  - `multiplicationFactor` number, double: Multiplication factor of the leap second adjustment.
  - `rawFileURI` string: Optional URI location in the document repository of the raw file parsed by the system to produce this record. To download the raw file, prepend https://udl-hostname/scs/download?id= to this value.
  - `source` string, required: Source of the data.
  - `origin` string: Originating system or organization which produced the data, if different from the source. The origin may be different than the source if the source was a mediating system which forwarded the data on behalf of the origin system. If null, the source may be assumed to be the origin.
  - `origNetwork` string: The originating source network on which this record was created, auto-populated by the system.
  - `dataMode` 'REAL' | 'TEST' | 'SIMULATED' | 'EXERCISE', required: Indicator of whether the data is REAL, TEST, EXERCISE, or SIMULATED data: REAL: Data collected or produced that pertains to real-world objects, events, and analysis. TEST: Specific datasets used to evaluate compliance with specifications and requirements, and for validating technical, functional, and performance characteristics. EXERCISE: Data pertaining to a government or military exercise. The data may include both real and simulated data. SIMULATED: Synthetic data generated by a model to mimic real-world datasets.
  - `createdAt` string, date-time: Time the row was created in the database, auto-populated by the system.
  - `createdBy` string: Application user who created the row in the database, auto-populated by the system.
