# Retrieves XML data for a given template searched by template name

`POST /public/getTemplateXml`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://test.tecs.at/merchantservices`
- URL: `https://test.tecs.at/merchantservices/public/getTemplateXml`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - HTTP basic

TemplateXML in the response will be Base64 encoded<br>

Required role for operation: BO_MP_GET_XML_TEMPLATE.<br>
Create MPauditlog record with event type : GET TEMPLATE XML (32).<br>

Supports authentication with the following types of tokens:<br>
- <b>Bearer</b> <token>, which is a Bearer token authentication. The bearer token is a cryptic string, usually generated by the server in response to a login request.
- <b>Basic</b> &lt;credentials&gt;, where credentials is the Base64 encoding of username and password joined by a single colon :, CAS login service will be called for the given username and password for validating credentials.

- GetTemplateXmlRequest
  - `templateName` string, required

## Response `200`

  - `responseCode` integer
  - `responseMessage` string

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad request
- `401`: Unauthenticated - Authentication failed
- `403`: Unauthorized - Missing role BO_MP_GET_XML_TEMPLATE
- `500`: Internal server error
