# Unlink identity

`DELETE /me/identities/{identity_id}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://console-api.blockvectra.com/v1`
- URL: `https://console-api.blockvectra.com/v1/me/identities/{identity_id}`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Identity must belong to user and cannot be the sole identity; sessions authenticated with this identity are revoked.

## Path parameters

- `identity_id` string, required

## Response `204`

Unlinked successfully.

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing or invalid session (without distinguishing cause).
- `404`: Identity does not exist or does not belong to user.
- `409`: Cannot unlink sole identity.
- `429`: Rate limit exceeded.
- `500`: Internal server error.
