# List Metric Categories

`GET /v1/metrics/categories`

## Request

Returns a summary of all metric categories with counts and the list of metric IDs in each category.

Categories include:
- **price**: Market price, volume, market cap
- **supply**: LTH/STH supply distribution
- **valuation**: Realized cap, realized price, MVRV
- **profit**: Realized/unrealized P&L, SOPR

## Query parameters

- `active_only` boolean: Only count active metrics
