`GET /v1/near/{network}/deactivation-intents`

Retrieve a list of all outstanding deactivation intents.

    - `deactivate_intent_id` string, uuid, required — Unique idenifier for deactivate intent.
    - `customer_id` string, required — Unique identifier for a customer
    - `protocol` 'near', required — Near protocol
    - `network` 'mainnet' | 'testnet' | 'localnet', required — NEAR network
    - `near` DeactivateIntentNear, required — NEAR Protocol Deactivate Intent

      - `unsigned_transaction` string, base64, required — Generated unsigned transaction smart contract call data.
      - `unsigned_transaction_hash` string, base64, required — A generated transaction that is ready to sign.
