# Get Historical Rewards

`GET /defi/v1/chain/gethistoricalrewards`

## Request

- Auth: API key in header `X-API-Key`

Retrieves historical staking reward data for specified addresses, including transaction hashes, unique IDs (UTXO or node), and the staked amount with start/end timestamps. The response also provides asset details (identifier, name, symbol, etc.), reward amounts, and reward types (e.g., DELEGATOR), supporting thorough audits and portfolio integrations.

## Query parameters

- `chainId` '43115': The unique ID to direct queries or transactions to the correct blockchain. Find more [here](https://docs.blockdaemon.com/docs/defi-api-supported-protocols#supported-chains).
- `chainSymbol` string: The abbreviated chain name for queries or transactions.
- `address` string, required: Comma-separated value of user addresses.
- `pageToken` string: Token to fetch the next page of data, found at the end of the response.
- `sortOrder` 'desc' | 'asc': The sorting order for transactions. Either 'asc' or 'desc'.
- `currency` string: A currency symbol to convert the amount into, such as ['USD', 'EUR']. This parameter is optional and can be used to get the value in single fiat currency.
