Circle USDC and EURC control events on Ethereum, Base and Arbitrum, newest first: blacklistings and reversals, pauses, minter allowances, role changes and proxy upgrades, each with block, time, transaction and address. Since a date (up to 90 days back), filter by chain, token and type, 500 a page. Use to monitor freezes and issuer control actions. From the contracts' own logs, refreshed daily. JSON, no API key. $0.01 per call. Blockchain IQ.

Pass nextCursor back as ?cursor= with the same filters for the next page (each page is one paid call).).
