# Delete a clip

`DELETE /clips/{clip_id}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://blitzreels.com/api/v1`
- URL: `https://blitzreels.com/api/v1/clips/{clip_id}`
- Auth: API key in header `Authorization`

Deletes the clip record. The linked project and any completed export are kept and stay reachable from the projects list; delete them separately if needed.
