`DELETE /api/db/{project_id}`

Deprecated — returns `403 Forbidden`. Database deletion is no longer permitted via this route.

- `400`: project_id missing from path
- `401`: Authentication required or invalid API key
- `403`: Database deletion not allowed (deprecated endpoint)
- `404`: No database found for the given project_id
