## Response `200`

Time-bucketed series of one metric for an exchange/symbol pair, gated by the caller plan (venues, granularity, history, columns, rows). Each element of `points` also carries `quality` (the row-quality bitmask ORed across the native windows in that bucket) and `qualityAll` (the same ANDed) as integers — per point, not a parallel array.
