# List Company Proposals

`GET /api/proposals`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://bizclaw.xyz` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://bizclaw.xyz/api/proposals`
- Auth: OAuth 2 (password, token URL `/api/auth/login`)

List all proposals for companies owned by the current user.
Requires dashboard JWT auth. Supports pagination, status filter, and search.

## Query parameters

- `status` string, nullable: Filter: pending, approved, rejected, responded
- `limit` integer
- `offset` integer
- `include_deleted` boolean: Include soft-deleted proposals
- `q` string, nullable: Search by customer name or email
