`GET /v1/wallets/top/{chain}`

## Request

Get top wallets by volume on a chain.

Ordering rides the profile rollup's total_volume_usd (historically
compounded, ordering-stable); last_activity_at is served live from the
hot store when fresher than the rollup — measured pre-fix, Binance Hot
Wallet 14 was served 50 days stale here.
