`GET /v1/verify/{content_hash}/pdf`

## Request

Public, filing-ready PDF of a verified signed report.

The PDF embeds the content_hash in its metadata + every page footer,
so a recipient can re-verify it against ``GET /v1/verify/{hash}`` —
the document and its proof point at each other.

## Path parameters

- `content_hash` string, required: SHA-256 content hash from a generate_compliance_report attestation — same as /verify/{content_hash}.

## Query parameters

- `layout` string, nullable: pv = Dutch PV layout for a source_of_funds_report artifact (N04b)
