`GET /v1/verify/{content_hash}/attachments`

The bundle's attachments archive (gzip of the canonical attachments
payload; sha256(wire) == attachments_sha256). FOUNDER-GATED, default OFF
(gate G4): exhibit bodies can carry analyst work-product, so public
serving is a deliberate switch, not a side effect of sealing.
