Bitpoort transparency layer -- public, no auth.

Returns the same accuracy baseline that lands in every signed
compliance report's attestation block, plus the running build's
reproducibility anchors. Compliance officers, journalists, and
defense counsel can re-check what we claim against this endpoint
without needing a paid relationship.
