`POST /v1/trace/trap-at-block`

## Request

Prove the trap existed when the victim bought (catch program N08a): replay the buy and
the attempted sell against our archive state at the victim's block (or a given block) and
sign the outcome -- a closed-vocabulary statement scoped to the token's code hash at that
block, typed floors before any verdict, served by /v1/verify. persist=false = dry run.
