`GET /v1/tenants/audit-log`

## Request

  - HTTP bearer

Retrieve audit log entries (admin only).

Returns paginated request audit trail. Filter by org_id to scope
to a specific organization.

## Query parameters

- `org_id` integer, nullable: Filter by organization ID
- `limit` integer
- `offset` integer
