`GET /v1/stream/events/recent`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.bitpoort.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.bitpoort.com/v1/stream/events/recent`
- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `X-API-Key`
  - HTTP bearer

JSON poll fallback: the next batch of matched events after ``?since=``
(or the retained-window tail if absent) + a ``next_cursor``. Same data as the
SSE tail + the get_stream_events MCP tool, for clients that just poll HTTP.
