`GET /v1/stream/events`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.bitpoort.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.bitpoort.com/v1/stream/events`
- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `X-API-Key`
  - HTTP bearer

SSE stream of the full bp:events detection bus (whale/sanctioned/rug/…),
filtered by ``?categories=&chains=&severity_min=&min_usd=``. Auth-gated by
middleware. Reconnect-safe via Last-Event-ID / ``?since=<cursor>``.
