`GET /v1/sanctions/darknet`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.bitpoort.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)

- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `X-API-Key`
  - HTTP bearer

The darknet registry with live corpus counts + addresses per entity.

Requires auth (``/v1/sanctions/`` is a FORENSIC prefix). Never 500s the
desk: a DB error degrades to ``available: false`` with the registry still
listed (kinds + citations are static facts) and every count at 0 /
``in_corpus: false`` -- the view renders that as unknown, not clean.
