# Revoke Grant

`POST /v1/oauth/grants/{client_id}/revoke`

## Request

Revoke every access + refresh token issued to ``client_id`` for
the authenticated account. Returns 200 with the count of tokens
flipped (``access_revoked`` + ``refresh_revoked``).

404 ``GRANT_NOT_FOUND`` when no active grant exists for that
(account, client). Idempotent calls hit this branch -- the second
Revoke click on a row that's already gone returns 404, which the
UI handles by just refreshing the list.
