`GET /v1/intelligence/feedback/latest`

## Request

Get the latest feedback loop analysis report.

Returns detection metrics (precision, FP rate per detection type),
threshold recommendations, and label correction counts.
Computed weekly by the feedback_analysis scheduler job.
