`POST /v1/graph/rpc/expand`

## Request

Build a live on-chain graph for ``value`` (dispatched by ``kind``).

Returns the canonical GraphTracer payload shape (nodes / edges / stats /
truncation_reason / _meta). Errors are returned as a ``{"error": ...}``
envelope (HTTP 200) — never a traceback.

  - `kind` 'address' | 'tx' | 'token' | 'entity', required
  - `value` string, required: address | tx hash | token addr/symbol | entity label
  - `chain` string
  - `direction` 'forward' | 'backward' | 'both'
  - `max_hops` integer
  - `value_threshold_usd` number
  - `lookback_hours` integer
