## Request

  - HTTP bearer

One-hop "follow across the bridge" for ``address`` on ``chain``.

Reads the outgoing bridge crossings for the address from the
``bridge_transactions`` registry and returns the destination-chain wallets +
cross-chain edges as the canonical graph payload. An address with no indexed
outgoing bridge flow returns an empty ``nodes``/``edges`` payload (never an
error). Failures surface as a generic 500 — never a traceback.

## Request body

- RpcCrossChainRequest
  - `address` string, required: source address to follow across the bridge
  - `chain` string: source chain of the address
  - `case_id` integer, nullable
  - `capture` boolean
