# Decide Proposal

`POST /v1/entities/proposals/{proposal_id}/decide`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.bitpoort.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.bitpoort.com/v1/entities/proposals/{proposal_id}/decide`
- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `X-API-Key`
  - HTTP bearer

Analyst confirm/reject. A reject is PERSISTED (the proposal never
re-enters the queue on re-ingest); an accept materializes the entity +
memberships from the cluster source, conflicts reported, and lands one
summarizing evidence row in the merge log.

  - `decision` string, required: accept | reject
  - `entity_id` integer, nullable: Attach to this existing entity instead of creating one
