Composite market intelligence endpoint.

Aggregates swap pairs, exchange flows, whale activity, gas stats, and
stablecoin data into a single response.  Uses ``asyncio.gather`` for
parallel DB queries.  Individual section failures degrade gracefully
(the section is returned as ``null``).
