`GET /v1/cases/{case_id}/exhibits/{content_hash}`

One exhibit. Default: the parsed body + capture metadata. ?canonical=1:
the byte-exact stored bytes as octet-stream — sha256(wire) == content_hash
is the whole verification contract (gzip-proof, the /v1/verify canonical
pattern).
