`PUT /v1/alarm/webhook`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.bitpoort.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)

  - API key in header `X-API-Key`
  - HTTP bearer

Register (or replace) the URL that receives this user's alarm events as
signed POSTs. SSRF-validated (https-only, public IPs) via the same guard the
/streams product uses.
