`POST /v1/alarm/telegram/link`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.bitpoort.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.bitpoort.com/v1/alarm/telegram/link`
- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `X-API-Key`
  - HTTP bearer

Mint a one-time link code + deep link. The user opens the deep link and
the bot's `/start <code>` binds their Telegram chat to this key.
