`POST /oauth/register`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.bitpoort.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.bitpoort.com/oauth/register`
- Auth: none required

RFC 7591 Dynamic Client Registration. Returns the new client's
metadata + credentials. ``client_secret`` is only returned ONCE
(stored as SHA-256 hash from there on).
