# Finish the creation

`POST /v1/presentations/{presentationId}:finalize`

Claims the version number and marks the presentation ready. Slides still without audio stay silent and are named in `silentSlides`. API-key callers only.

Finished; this is the version.

- `401`: Missing or invalid credential.
- `404`: No creation is open for this presentation.
