`POST /projects/{project_id}/ai-tracking/prompts`

  - `provider_dataset_reference` object: Trusted provider dataset provenance, validated against the project report.
    - `report_id` string, required: Trusted project AI visibility dataset report public ID.
    - `row_index` integer, required: Verified observed-dataset row index in the stored report.
  - `text` string, required: Prompt text; updates create a new immutable revision.
  - `category` 'neutral' | 'comparative' | 'branded': Prompt intent captured in its immutable revision.
  - `paused` boolean: Pause or resume future planning without altering historical samples.
  - `topic_id` string, nullable: Public topic ID scoped to this project.
  - `label` string, nullable: Optional display label.
