# List the team

`GET /team`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://localhost:4410/api/v1`

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Everyone on Team (employees, founders and contractors), current or former, each with their title, dates, work state and two marks read from records: the offer or agreement, and the IP assignment (signed in Binderwork, uploaded as a copy, or none). An owner who isn't on Team yet is listed with no party. no_ip lists people without an IP assignment on Team; it never says the company is clean. No pay.
