# Send change letters

`POST /team/changes/send`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://localhost:4410/api/v1`
- URL: `https://localhost:4410/api/v1/team/changes/send`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Sends the draft letters of recorded changes, each person's in their own envelope. An agent's or an API key's call is one approval, one item a person that can be unticked; the result lists who was sent and who wasn't, with the reason. The company then signs them together under Countersign.

## Other responses

- `202`: Called by an agent or an API key, so the call did not run. A person approves it at approval_url; then GET the Location.
- `default`: An RFC 9457 problem.
