# File a signed copy under a person

`POST /team/{party_id}/papers`

## Request

Files a PDF the company already has (an offer, agreement, CIIAA or IP assignment, letter or separation agreement) under a person on Team, with the day it was signed as the member types it. The member confirms they're filing a copy Binderwork didn't see signed; it's marked uploaded and not verified, with its upload date, and any signatures already in the file are reported as the file states them.
