# Send an MFN notice

`POST /safes/{safe_id}/mfn/notices`

## Request

An officer sends the MFN holder the notice their SAFE's Section 3 asks for: a link that needs no account to a page with the provision, the later SAFEs' dates and their executed files. The audit event records each file's SHA-256 and the time. cover_note is the person's own words; Binderwork adds only the facts.
