# Add or update investors

`POST /rounds/investors`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://localhost:4410/api/v1`

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Adds investors to a round by email, or updates the ones already there, with their commitment. Without a round, starts a round called Pre-seed with the first investor's terms. dry_run previews and flags emails that match an existing party; nothing is saved.
