# Read a commitment email with AI

`POST /rounds/intake`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://localhost:4410/api/v1`
- URL: `https://localhost:4410/api/v1/rounds/intake`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

A person pastes what an investor wrote, and the workspace's own language model reads it into the commitment's fields: legal name, person or entity, email, amount, cap, discount, pro rata, who signs and their title, and two signatories. Each value comes back with the exact words it came from; a value whose words aren't in the text is dropped, and words written to steer a model are flagged. Nothing is saved. Needs an owner's language model key; in the app only, since an agent reads the email itself.
