# Record a Form D or state notice filing

`POST /rounds/{round_id}/filings`

## Request

- Auth: HTTP bearer

An officer records a filing made on EDGAR or with a state: the date, Form D's accession number or the state's reference, and the filing PDF if attached (upload it with document_add first). The matching task is done. An agent's call waits for an officer's approval.
