# See the round's Form D and state notices

`GET /rounds/{round_id}/filings`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://localhost:4410/api/v1`

When Form D is due (15 calendar days after the round's first Reg D sale, or the next business day), the states whose notices to review by then, US investors with no state on record, the filings recorded, and Form D's data sheet with every item Binderwork doesn't know marked to complete on EDGAR. Nothing is submitted from Binderwork.
