# Draft the round's board consent

`POST /rounds/{round_id}/consent`

## Request

In one call, drafts the round's board consent from this instance's attorney-reviewed consent template: the company, the round's target and forms, the officers and every director from the records; the other blanks from values, each an agent passes with source_quote and source_ref; finalized as PDF/A-2b with its limits recorded on the round, not effective yet; and an envelope prepared for every director. Send it with envelope_send, which waits for a person. Refused while no reviewed consent template exists: the round then needs a consent counsel prepared, recorded in the app.
