# Ask AI whether an agreement transfers stock for services

The workspace's decision model reads an uploaded agreement's name and first pages and answers whether it transfers stock to someone in connection with services, who receives it among the parties on record its text names, and on which date among the dates it writes out. A yes proposes the record for a person to confirm with closing.transfer.record; an answer that isn't a sure no keeps an item on the checklist to check it, so an uncertain answer never drops an 83(b) election. Nothing is recorded as a transfer here. Needs a decision model.
