# Set a job's Offer-stage checklist

`PUT /openings/{opening_id}/checklist`

## Request

The same steps for every candidate who reaches Offer, such as a live video call: the company's own items now, and the fixed list once employment counsel has reviewed it. None may ask for identity documents, citizenship or national origin before an offer is accepted.
