# See why a model suggested something

`GET /decisions`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://localhost:4410/api/v1`

- Auth: HTTP bearer

A model's answers about one record, such as an envelope's signature blocks: each question exactly as it was asked, every option with its probability, the text the model read, the model, and whether a person accepted or changed the answer; and who would answer now. Bands are words for the probability and are not calibrated yet.
