# Export the cap table

`POST /captable/export`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://localhost:4410/api/v1`
- URL: `https://localhost:4410/api/v1/captable/export`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

The ledger as of a date (today by default) as OCF 1.2.0 (a ZIP with the manifest, stakeholders, classes, plans, vesting terms, 409A valuations, the documents behind each line and the transactions), as a CSV of the lines or of the holders, or as a PDF stock ledger by class. Confirmed lines only unless include_unconfirmed, which marks them. OCF needs the company's formation date, recorded in Settings.

## Other responses

- `202`: Called by an agent or an API key, so the call did not run. A person approves it at approval_url; then GET the Location.
- `default`: An RFC 9457 problem.
