# Edit revision settings

`POST /hubs/{HubHashId}/projects/{ProjectId}/revision-settings`

Update the revision settings.

## Path parameters

- `HubHashId` string, required
- `ProjectId` integer, required

## Request body

- FeaturesSettingsEditRevisionSettingsEditRevisionSettingsCommandEditRevisionSettingsCommandBody
  - `startingPrefix` string, nullable
  - `startingNumber` string, nullable, required
  - `startingSuffix` string, nullable

## Response `204`

The revision settings were successfully updated.

## Other responses

- `307` — According to the hub id, the request is at the wrong datacenter. Please retry with the URL in the "Location" header.
- `400` — Invalid revision settings update payload
- `403` — You don't have access to the project.
- `404` — The project doesn't exist.
