# List webhooks

`GET /v1/webhooks`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.billionverify.com`
- URL: `https://api.billionverify.com/v1/webhooks`
- Auth: API key in header `BV-API-KEY`

List all webhooks for the authenticated account. Note that the `secret` is not returned in list responses.

Delivery health fields:
- `last_delivery_status` uses `success` or `failed`
- `last_delivery_at` stores the final delivery timestamp
- `last_error` stores the final error string when the last delivery failed

## Response `200`

Webhooks retrieved

- ApiResponse
  - `success` boolean: Whether the request was successful
  - `code` string: Response code ("0" for success)
  - `message` string: Human-readable message
  - `data` object: Response data (varies by endpoint)

## Other responses

- `401`: Unauthorized - invalid or missing API key
